Chocolate Brownie Waffles
Children and adults will love this breakfast (or dessert) recipe! A light and fluffy waffle with just the right amount of chocolate…breakfast never looked so sweet. This quick and easy recipe is friendly for the whole family and can be enjoyed without guilt, knowing it's made with our zero-calorie sweetener.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups Purecane™ Baking Sweetener
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped nut of choice, for serving
- ½ cup fresh fruit, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all dry ingredients, then mix in eggs and butter. Stir until the batter is smooth in texture.
- Spray the waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray.
- Then pour about ½ cup of waffle batter into hot waffle iron.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Remove from the waffle iron and enjoy with your favorite nut or fruit topping. Enjoy!
