MINI VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP CINNAMON ROLLS

THE DRY: DOUGH (makes 3)

 

THE WET: ICING DRIZZLE

  • 1 tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 3 tsp white sugar
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract

*mix, refrigerate & drizzle

Vegan Mini Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Directions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients first then add in the yogurt to create the dough (you will need to knead with hands).
  2. Flour your surface, then roll your dough out into a long thin strip.
  3. Spray or brush with coconut oil then sprinkle your cinnamon, coconut sugar, and mini vegan chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the dough, then cut into 3 rolls to add to an oiled ramekin dish then bake for 15min @ 350°F. Cool for 10 mins, then drizzle the icing on top. Enjoy!
