SUGAR-FREE VANILLA CUPCAKES

These grain-free, sugar-free cupcakes will give you reason to celebrate.

Frosting Ingredients:



Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Line your cupcake tin with liners so they don’t get stuck.⁣
  3. Blend all of your ingredients together (tip: do liquids first, then add in the powders)⁣
  4. Pour mixture into the cupcake tins, filling about 3/4 of the way⁣.
  5. Bake for about 18-20 minutes. ⁣
  6. While this is cooking make your frosting in a separate bowl. ⁣
  7. Let the cupcakes cool down for 10 minutes and then frost and add sprinkles as needed. ⁣
  8. Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh. ⁣

  • Don’t forget to bring your butter to room temperature if you are blending butter with Purecane.
