Best zero calorie sweetener I’ve ever used - made amazing southern style sweet tea - really can’t taste the difference between Purecane and sugar

I am not a typical sugar substitute consumer, but I was caught off-guard when I first tried Purecane packets in my coffee. The sweetness was surprisingly similar to sugar while also unlocking more flavor from the coffee itself. Recently, I purchased Purecane formulated for baking to see if it would perform similarly well compared to sugar. The test: My wife and I chose our go-to brownie recipe (bon appetit's cocoa brownie), prepared in duplicate - one with sugar and one with Purecane. After baking both, we compared them side-by-side, and we judged them by three parameters: taste, texture, and appearance. Taste: Purecane tasted really good, again enhancing the cocoa flavor from the brownie. It did leave an unexpected cooling sensation on the tongue after chewing, which was distinct from the sugar. Texture: The Purecane brownies were a bit more crumbly or less fudge-like than those with sugar. Appearance: The Purecane brownies were a bit darker in color with a rougher texture on the surface. Conclusion: Purecane formulated for baking is a ready substitute for sugar in baking recipes and tastes great. There are noticeable differences compared with sugar, but without our sugar control brownies, I don't think we would have noticed these differences. This is a great product, and I look forward to expanding our use of Purecane to other recipes.

This is the best product ever! I cannot wait to try my newest additions (brown sugar and powered sugar I just got this last week.) I'm getting all my family to switch from their sugar substitutes to this stuff.
