Wonderful! You have the best product I have ever used. I have type two diabetes and I have lowered my blood sugar over the last six weeks from over 240 down to 125. I have cut out all sugar in my diet and I truly love Sweet things. I would like to know what the glycemic load information is on your products. I know that the glycemic index is like 53 and that makes me very happy. Please let me know when you are able what the glycemic load is for your products.

I just purchased the 48 oz bag of the brown sugar and it is really sweet. My recipe called for 2cups of brown sugared packed. Next time, I will use 1 1/2 cups packed. You would never know that I was not using regular brown sugar. Even the the texture of the recipe was as if I used regular brown sugar. Definitely have purchase it again
