These reduced sugar popsicles are the perfect simple treat to add to your frozen repertoire! With only 4 ingredients, this refresher is not only delicious, but a fun simple recipe the whole family can create. Did we mention blueberries are rich in antioxidants? Reduced Sugar Blueberry Popsicle Recipe

Directions

  1. In a blender or with an emergen blender, puree your blueberries, water, Purecane™ zero calorie baking sweetener, and lemon juice. Strain the mixture with a fine-mesh sieve, pressing with a spoon or spatula to capture as much liquid as possible. Discard solids. Add water as needed to create 3 cups of your blueberry mixture.
  2. Divide evenly into popsicle molds, and freeze until solid, about 3 hours. (Lasts up to 1 week)
  3. Enjoy tasty frozen treats!
