Love the product when it counts

I love the purecane products when the sugar is the main ingredient. When the sugar is not the main ingredient other sugar replacements will do, but this is the best.

So-So "Sugar"

Bought the entire package of Brown sugar, Confectioner's Sugar, the small container & large bag of "regular" sugar. Have not tried the Convestioner's Sugar yet. The brown sugar is clump free which is great but don't taste the brown sugar flavor. The large bag of regular sugar arrived with a hole in it, so there was sugar throughout the box. There is a difference in baking with this sugar, I think any substitute would have the same result. Nothing like the "real" thing. The blueberry muffins I made with the substitute sugar, drew the comment from my husband "they don't taste the same or as good as the "other" ones"... meaning the muffins I made with the "real" sugar. He had asked me to make bakery items, etc. with less sugar, so I thought this would work. I guess not...
