Product Information
Do your sugarcane fields contribute to deforestation?
The sugarcane fields that we source from are more than 2500kms from the Amazon rainforest and do not contribute to deforestation. We also have a certification from the Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials.
Does Purecane's sugarcane have pesticide residue?
We can assure you that the sugarcane used to produce Purecane™ Sweeteners are raised without pesticides. Our feedstock supplier is qualified by Amyris, Inc., our parent company, and has a pesticide program in place to guarantee the absence of pesticides/herbicides.
Is Purecane™ vegan?
Yes, Purecane™ products are all vegan-friendly!
Is Purecane™ safe for the environment?
Absolutely. Purecane™ is naturally derived from sugarcane grown in Brazil, one of the most regenerative and sustainable plants on earth. Our fermentation process uses at least 10x less land than other sweetener producers. Plus, we don’t use any petrochemicals in our purification process, which is extra nice for the environment!
What steps are you taking to manage your carbon footprint?
As we take steps to reduce what we can of our carbon footprint, we also offset what we can’t. All of our orders are shipped carbon neutral, which we are able to achieve by funding tree planting and reforestation projects.

How do I return my Purecane™ order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Purecane™ purchase for any reason, you are able to return it for a refund within 30 days from the order date by emailing customercare@purecane.com.
Can I return a product that I bought on Amazon?
If your item was purchased on Amazon, please reach out to Amazon first. Reach out tocustomercare@purecane.comif Amazon cannot help you.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will be fulfilled in 5-7 business days. Once a package leaves our warehouse, standard shipping will take 5-7 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
On Purecane.com we charge a flat rate of $9 for shipping your order.

While we don't offer international shipping just yet, we're working hard to bring Purecane™ to additional countries in the near future. Please sign up for our emails to stay updated!

How can I review my order after it has been placed?
As soon as you place your order on Purecane.com, you will receive an order confirmation email with a full breakdown of your order. If you do not receive this email, you can reach out to customercare@purecane.comand we would be happy to assist.
How long will my Purecane™ order take to process?
We plan for all Purecane™ orders to leave our fulfillment center in 1-3 business days from the point the order is received.We will email you as soon as your order ships. The notice will also contain a tracking link within the email that you can click on for more detailed shipping information.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that will contain the tracking link.

Where do I enter my promo code?
At checkout, there will be a box that reads "Gift Card or Discount Code" where you can paste your promo code.
What if I am having trouble placing an order?

Why won't my promo code apply on a bundle?
All Purecane™ bundles are offered at a discounted rate, so they are not eligible for any further discounts. This includes the Intro to Purecane Bundle, the Jumbo Baking Bundle and the Jumbo Beverage Bundle.
Can I apply multiple promo codes to a single purchase?
Only one promo code is able to be applied per order.
