Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of ginger
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
A pinch of cloves
2 cups of Purecane™ Baking Sweetener
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 can of pumpkin (substitutes: sweet potato or bananas!)
1 tsp of vanilla
Directions:
