Purecane-Sweetened Condensed Milk:

  • 2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (can use a dairy-free alternative)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter 
Sugar-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk Recipe


  1. In a medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil.
  2. Stir constantly.
  3. When boiling, reduce heat to low.
  4. Simmer for about 45 minutes. 
  5. Mixture will thicken and will reduce in size.
  6. Pour into jars and let cool. Use in your next recipe!
  • Tip: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
