Ingredients
Purecane-Sweetened Condensed Milk:
- 2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (can use a dairy-free alternative)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter

Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil.
- Stir constantly.
- When boiling, reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for about 45 minutes.
- Mixture will thicken and will reduce in size.
- Pour into jars and let cool. Use in your next recipe!
