Blueberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients

· ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
· ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
· 1 teaspoon culinary Matcha powder
· ¼ cup very hot water
· Ice



 

Directions

 

  1. In a blender or using a hand mixer, blend the blueberries and 1 teaspoon of the Purecane™ Spoonable Canister until smooth. For an even smoother consistency, you can add a tablespoon of water. You can strain the blueberries through a fine mesh strainer if you're going to sip your latte with a straw, or leave the blueberries as is for extra fiber.

  2. Add blueberry mixture to a glass. Set aside.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder and ¼ cup of very hot water together until smooth.

  4. Add ice cubes to your glass on top of the blueberry mixture. Add your milk of choice, and then top with your matcha/water mixture.

  5. Stir and enjoy!
