Healthy Green Smoothie Bowl

This vegan smoothie bowl is as healthy as it is pretty!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled prior to freezing
  • 1 cup kale, tightly packed
  • 1 cup spinach, tightly packed
  • 3⁄4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1⁄4 large avocado, pitted
  • 1 Purecane™ Individual Packet 
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3⁄4 cup plant-based milk

Toppings

  • Fresh fruit 
  • Coconut flakes 
  • Granola

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
  2. Transfer smoothie to a bowl. Top with fresh fruit, coconut flakes, granola or any other toppings of your choosing.
  3. Enjoy!
