Green Goddess Smoothie
This reduced-sugar smoothie will give you a vitamin rich way to start your day.
- 1 pear, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 large handfuls spinach or kale
- ½ an avocado
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1-2 Purecane™ Individual Packets (depending on preference)
- 8 ozs Unsweetened milk of choice (use an unsweetened milk alternative to make it vegan!)
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Optional: garnish with fresh fruit.
