Green Goddess Smoothie

This reduced-sugar smoothie will give you a vitamin rich way to start your day.



  • 1 pear, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 large handfuls spinach or kale 
  • ½ an avocado 
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds 
  • 1-2 Purecane™ Individual Packets (depending on preference) 
  • 8 ozs Unsweetened milk of choice (use an unsweetened milk alternative to make it vegan!)

    1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
    2. Optional: garnish with fresh fruit.
