This vegan and gluten-free smoothie looks so pretty you almost won’t want to drink it.
- 1 banana
- ½ avocado
- ½ tsp spirulina powder
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1-2 Purecane™ Individual Packets (depending on preference)
- 8 ozs Unsweetened milk of choice (use an unsweetened milk alternative to make it vegan!)
- 1 tsp culinary matcha powder (optional)
- Blackberries to garnish (optional)
- Starfruit to garnish (optional)
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Optional: add in matcha powder for a healthy, antioxidant rich caffeine boost.
- Optional: garnish with fresh fruit, such as starfruit, frozen blueberries, or blackberries.
