Chia Pudding Ingredients:

Chia Berry Jam Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon  Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice

Optional Toppings Ingredients:

  • Unsweetened greek or dairy-free yogurt
  • Granola (use our reduced sugar one)
  • Fresh fruit
  • Almonds, walnuts, pecans, or nut of your choice
  • Hemp or flax seeds
Chia Pudding Strawberry Parfait Recipe - No Sugar Added


Make the Chia Jam 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbling (about 5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and mash the fruit to the desired consistency with a potato masher or the back of a fork. Allow to cool.

Make the Chia Pudding

  • Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and mix well.
  • Store in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or leave overnight).

Make the Chia Parfaits

  1. Grab a mason jar or decorative glass and begin layering the chia jam and chia pudding.
  2. Add your optional toppings. (Tip: avoid adding in nuts or granola until ready to enjoy so they keep their yummy crunch, or layer on the very top!)
  3. Enjoy!
