Chia Pudding

Ingredients
Chia Pudding Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
Chia Berry Jam Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
Optional Toppings Ingredients:
- Unsweetened greek or dairy-free yogurt
- Granola (use our reduced sugar one)
- Fresh fruit
- Almonds, walnuts, pecans, or nut of your choice
- Hemp or flax seeds

Directions
Make the Chia Jam
- Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbling (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and mash the fruit to the desired consistency with a potato masher or the back of a fork. Allow to cool.
Make the Chia Pudding
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and mix well.
- Store in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or leave overnight).
Make the Chia Parfaits
- Grab a mason jar or decorative glass and begin layering the chia jam and chia pudding.
- Add your optional toppings. (Tip: avoid adding in nuts or granola until ready to enjoy so they keep their yummy crunch, or layer on the very top!)
