3-Step Keto Chocolate Mousse
Sweet, creamy and deliciously chocolatey! Stick to your New Year’s resolutions without sacrificing flavor on your favorite, decadent sweets. This recipe is a keto wonder, high in healthy fats and fiber, but without all the pesky sugar.

2 ripe avocados
¾ cup heavy cream
½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
Chocolate chips, for garnish
- Put chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat on 70% power until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer mixture into two serving glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour. Garnish with extra chips and enjoy!
