3-Step Keto Chocolate Mousse

Sweet, creamy and deliciously chocolatey! Stick to your New Year’s resolutions without sacrificing flavor on your favorite, decadent sweets. This recipe is a keto wonder, high in healthy fats and fiber, but without all the pesky sugar.

Ingredients


· 2 ripe avocados
· ¾ cup heavy cream
· ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips, melted
· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
· ½ teaspoon salt
· Chocolate chips, for garnish

    Directions


    1. Put chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat on 70% power until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
    2. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
    3. Transfer mixture into two serving glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour. Garnish with extra chips and enjoy!
