Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. Create a well in the center of the bowl. Add the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and Purecane™ zero-calorie Baking Sweetener. Working your way from the inside of the well to outside, mix the batter together just until combined.
  4. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 14-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely once done baking.

To Assemble:

  1. Mix the vanilla pudding with orange food coloring until desired pumpkin color.
  2. Gently crumble the cake into small pieces. Distribute half of the cake crumbles among six small glass cups.
  3. Add a generous layer of pudding to the glass cups, then a layer of the cool whip.
  4. Lastly, distribute the remaining cake crumbles on top and decorate your dirt cakes with your choice of candy. Enjoy!
