Ingredients
- 12 ozs cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 orange (zested)
- 1 cup Purecane™ zero-calorie Baking Sweetener (or more depending on preference)
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions
- Start by zesting a ½ of your orange rind into a small bowl, set aside.
- Then in a medium-sized saucepan, combine 6 ounces of cranberries, Purecane™ zero-calorie Baking Sweetener, zest of orange, and water over low heat, stirring occasionally or until sweetener dissolves and cranberries are soft. (about 10 minutes).
- Then increase heat to medium and cook until cranberries burst (about 10 minutes). Next, reduce your heat to low and stir in the remaining cranberries. Option to add more sweetener for a sweeter taste.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool at room temperature before serving fully.
- Option to add leftover orange peel for garnish.
- Serve and enjoy!
