Sugar-Free Pumpkin Dalgona Whipped Coffee
Get on that whipped coffee train and start your day off right!

- 1-2 tablespoons instant coffee (depending on how strong you like it)
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Purecane™ zero-calorie Packets (+ more depending on how sweet you like it)
- Milk of choice
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, then mix well with a hand mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy, with a mousse-like texture.
- Fill your glass with a handful of ice, then add your milk of choice, filling halfway in the glass.
- Pour your whipped pumpkin topping on top of your milk of choice.
