Cold Brew With Pumpkin Cold Foam
Fall breeze and autumn leaves, this Starbucks go-to, has us all wishing Fall never ends. Guess what! It doesn’t have to! We are giving you complete Fall but saving you the time and the calories by giving you a homemade pumpkin spice cold brew that will keep you feeling seasonal all year long.

Ingredients
Cold Brew Coffee Ingredients:
- ½ teaspoon Sugar-Free Brown Sweetener Simple Syrup (see recipe)
- 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pumpkin Foam Ingredients:
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ teaspoon Sugar-Free Brown Sweetener Simple Syrup (see recipe)
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 3 tablespoons Pumpkin Puree

Directions
- In a small bowl mix all ingredients, then divide into 2 glasses filled with ice.
- With a frother or blender mix whipping cream, Purecane™ zero-calorie Brown Sweetener, and pumpkin pie spice together. As the mixture gets thicker, slowly add pumpkin puree 1 tablespoon at a time until you have a thick cream.
- Pour on top of cold brew coffees and sprinkle more pumpkin spice on top.
- Enjoy!
