Directions
Make Your KETO Waffles:
- Warm up your waffle maker.
- In the meantime, whisk the almond flour, Purecane™ zero-calorie Baking Sweetener, baking soda, and salt until well-combined.
- Mix the eggs, water, milk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the flour into the egg mixture until the batter is smooth.
- Brush the warm waffle maker with the melted butter or olive oil.
- Pour ¼ -⅓ cup batter per waffle.
- Cook until fluffy and golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Store waffles in an airtight container or covered plate to keep warm while preparing pancakes.
Make Your Pancakes:
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- In the meantime, add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until the batter is smooth.
- Use ¼ cup batter per pancake, flipping once you start to notice tiny bubbles. The pancakes should turn out golden brown on each side.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Place pancakes on a plate or airtight container set aside while building your board.
