KETO Almond Flour Waffles

· 2 cups almond flour (finely ground)
· ½ cup whole milk (can use milk of choice)
· 3 large eggs
· 2 tablespoons water
· 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· ¼ teaspoon salt
· 2 tablespoons butter (melted) or olive oil, for waffle maker

    Low Carb, High Protein Pancakes

    · ⅔ cup almond flour (finely ground)
    · 2 oz. cream cheese
    · 2 large eggs
    · 1 tablespoon water
    · 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    · 1 teaspoon baking powder
    · ¼ teaspoon salt

      Breakfast Charcuterie Board Recipe - Keto Friendly


      Make Your KETO Waffles:

      1. Warm up your waffle maker. 
      2. In the meantime, whisk the almond flour, Purecane™ zero-calorie Baking Sweetener, baking soda, and salt until well-combined. 
      3. Mix the eggs, water, milk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth. 
      4. Fold in the flour into the egg mixture until the batter is smooth.  
      5. Brush the warm waffle maker with the melted butter or olive oil. 
      6. Pour ¼ -⅓ cup batter per waffle. 
      7. Cook until fluffy and golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes. 
      8. Repeat with remaining batter.
      9. Store waffles in an airtight container or covered plate to keep warm while preparing pancakes.

        Make Your Pancakes:

        1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. 
        2. In the meantime, add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until the batter is smooth. 
        3. Use ¼ cup batter per pancake, flipping once you start to notice tiny bubbles. The pancakes should turn out golden brown on each side. 
        4. Repeat with remaining batter.
        5. Place pancakes on a plate or airtight container set aside while building your board.

          Prepare Your Keto Breakfast Board:

          1. Combine your waffles, pancakes, and any other additives to your board (bacon, vegan bacon, fruit, variety of cheese). Once you have selected your board options, begin placing and thoughtfully arranging your morning-inspired treats.
