Persimmon Immunity Smoothie

Persimmons have up to 80% of your daily dose of Vitamin C, so pair that with our immune system supporting electrolytes and you have a powerhouse smoothie to protect you against whatever the day brings. With some added spices, this treat tastes like Christmas cake in a cup! Yum!

· 2 Fuyu persimmons, roughly chopped
· 8 oz frozen banana
· 1 scoop Purecane™ Electrolyte Drink Mix
· 1 cup no-sugar oat milk (or your favorite no/reduced sugar milk or milk alternative)
· ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
· ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with a sweet slice of persimmon and enjoy!
