Ingredients:
Mango Granita Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped mango (about 1 medium ripe mango)
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tablespoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (about ½ a lime)
- Optional: garnish with a pinch of cayenne pepper
- Optional: garnish with lime zest
Melon Granita Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped melon (used honeydew here, but can use cantaloupe or watermelon)
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tablespoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (about ½ a lime)
- Optional: garnish with lime zest
Blueberry Granita Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tablespoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (about ½ a lemon)
- Optional: garnish with lemon zest
Blackberry Granita Ingredients:
- 1 cup blackberries
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tablespoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (about ½ a lime)
- Optional: garnish with lime zest
Strawberry Granita Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tablespoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (about ½ a lemon)
- Optional: garnish with lemon zest

Directions
- Combine 1 cup of chosen fruit, ¼ cup of water, ½ tablespoon of Purecane™ Spoonable Canister, and 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice in your blender. Blend for about a minute until smooth.
- Pour fruit mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze overnight, or for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
- Remove from freezer and scrape with a fork to get the "shaved ice" texture.
- Pour into serving glasses or bowls. Optional: garnish with lemon or lime zest.
