Ingredients:

Mango Granita Ingredients:

    • 1 cup chopped mango (about 1 medium ripe mango)
    • ¼ cup water
    • ½ tablespoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice (about ½ a lime)
    • Optional: garnish with a pinch of cayenne pepper
    • Optional: garnish with lime zest

Melon Granita Ingredients:

    • 1 cup chopped melon (used honeydew here, but can use cantaloupe or watermelon)
    • ¼ cup water
    • ½ tablespoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice (about ½ a lime)
    • Optional: garnish with lime zest

Blueberry Granita Ingredients:

    • 1 cup blueberries
    • ¼ cup water
    • ½ tablespoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (about ½ a lemon)
    • Optional: garnish with lemon zest

Blackberry Granita Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tablespoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (about ½ a lime)
  • Optional: garnish with lime zest

Strawberry Granita Ingredients:

    • 1 cup strawberries
    • ¼ cup water
    • ½ tablespoon Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (about ½ a lemon)
    • Optional: garnish with lemon zest

No Sugar Added Rainbow Granitas Recipe


Directions

  1. Combine 1 cup of chosen fruit, ¼ cup of water, ½ tablespoon of Purecane™ Spoonable Canister, and 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice in your blender. Blend for about a minute until smooth.
  2. Pour fruit mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze overnight, or for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
  3. Remove from freezer and scrape with a fork to get the "shaved ice" texture.
  4. Pour into serving glasses or bowls. Optional: garnish with lemon or lime zest.
  5. Enjoy!
