Raspberry Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
Dragon Fruit and raspberries make for the perfect pink smoothie bowl on Valentine’s Day (or every day)!

Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas, peeled prior to freezing
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ⅓ cup frozen red pitaya
- 1 Purecane™ Individual Packet
- ⅔ cup coconut milk
Optional Toppings
- Raspberries
- Red or white pitaya
- Coconut flakes
- Strawberries
- Pomegranate seeds

Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer smoothie to a bowl. Top with raspberries, pitaya, coconut flakes or any other toppings of your choosing.
- Enjoy!
