Strawberry & Grapefruit Lemonade

The fresh strawberries and zesty grapefruit, matched with our zero-calorie sugar substitute, are the perfect pairing for a fruity, fun, and reduced sugar drink the whole family will love. You’ll need enough for a whole pitcher once you taste this delicious drink!

Ingredients:

· 1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
· 1 cup grapefruit juice (freshly squeeze)
· ¾ cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
· 5 cups water
· 3 tablespoons Purecane™ Spoonable Canister
· Small handful of fresh mint leaves 


 

Directions

1. In a small saucepan, stir together the strawberries, zero-calorie sweetener, and grapefruit juice. 
2. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes, or until the zero-calorie sweetener has dissolved. 
3. Remove from heat and let cool completely. 
4. In a large serving glass, stir together the water, lemon juice, and fresh mint leaves. 
5. Using a fine mesh strainer, add in the strawberry-grapefruit simple syrup. Stir to combine and enjoy!
