Sugar-free Glace Icing
Glace icing is a smooth, runny and glossy icing used for cookies, cakes, donuts and fairy cakes which dries to a semi-soft set. A favorite way to decorate donuts, black & white cookies and loaf cakes.
Ingredients
Vanilla Glace Icing
- 2 cups Purecane™ Confectioners Sweetener
- 5 tbsp milk (can use non-dairy milk)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Glace Icing
- 2 cups Purecane™ Confectioners Sweetener
- 7 tbsp milk (can use non-dairy milk)
- 6 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
Directions
- Mix the ingredients into a smooth paste.
- If mixture is too thick, thin by adding a few drops of milk at a time until you get the desired consistency.
- Apply when baked goods are completely cooled
